Dear Mr Hoffman,
All though I am delighted at the prospect of gaining a new leader I
regretably can not give you the place, time or location of our next meeting
with out any further information on your part. Where exactly did you receive
my E-mail address? Where did you hear of our troop? Where do you live? You
indicate that you have some past scouting experoince, could you be a little
more specific? What troop were you a part of?
I do look foreward to recieving your response. I am sure you understand
that before you can assume a leadership role with any troop in the Boy Scouts
of America, you must first submit an adult leadership application and have it
approved by the troop committee, the district staff and by the National
