DEATH OF A GREAT SCOUTER

For those that know Ken Duke and any that might have heard of him. Ken
is the Vice Program Chair for Two Rivers District, National Capital Area
Council (NCAC). He lives in Ft. Washington, MD.
I regret to inform you that Ken past away early Sunday morning. Roger
(his son) called Bob and I at 6:30 a.m. Sunday morning. Ken was on a
business trip in San Diego, CA when he had a heart attack. The hospital
called Jeannie (Ken's wife) around 5:15 Sunday morning, to let them know
that he was in critical condition. Then a hour later the doctor called
to inform them that he did not make it. His body will be flown from CA
to Kingwood, TX where he will be buried.

On September 28, 1997 of Ft. Washington, MD, beloved husband of Jean
Duke and loving father of Rodger and David Duke; brother of Marjorie
Gibson of Plano, TX and Gene Duke of Sweetwater, TX. Friends may call at
Lee Funeral Home Branch Avenue and Coventry Way, Clinton, MD on Wednesday
October 1 from 6 to 7 p.m. with memorial services to follow at 7 p.m.
Funderal services will be held on October 4, 1997 at The Kingwood
Funeral Home, Kingwood, TX."
Ken will be surely miss by all that knew him.
