As SM of a newly chartered Trrop with a single patrol of, mostly, new
Scouts, I would like to use the B-P Patrol Award as a motivator. There are
a couple of requiremnts that ask for PLC approval. With a single patrol, is
it acceptable for the patrol to agree themselves? Also it there is no PLC
can the PLC attendance requirement be ignored?

Also, as in an effort to keep new Scouts joining costs to a minimum, our
Class A uniforms are from the belt up. Would this be correct for the B-P

I'd appreciate any guidance that you could provide me on this issue.
