Except that I do not believe this to be the current version of SSD. If
you check the latest copy of the Guide to Safe Scouting or the Aquatics
material, I believe you will find that certification is suggested but not
required. But, I will defer to one of the many aquatics people on the
list to verify that as I don't have a G2SS here at the office.
