This is in response to Lee's aemail to me and the list:
<<Terri, I don't know what has made you so bitter, but no one deserves
to have drug addicted kids.
Scouting is a way of life,

Lee, what made me so bitter about the drug issue is that I buried WAY TOO
many friends (I was the only "friend" who even bothered to go to the
funerals), while their parents shook their heads wondering why?
These parents had NO idea what their kids were doing....heroin!!!! I went to
college to be a drug-rehab therapist....I buried a few too many friends and
gave up on ALL of the rest! They just aren't worth my time and tuition
And I still ask, where the hell were their parents? Why didn't any of them
listen to ME...their REAL friend? I can't believe this, but I just this
second broke down in tears....it's been a very long time now (over 25 years),
but I still cry for a few of them.....if only their parents had seen from the
beginning what they were doing, some might be alive today! Some might have
families of their own and maybe even experience the miracle and joy of a
grandbaby! Instead, they're DEAD!!!!!
Is this enough justification for YOU?
Against ALL drugs AND alcohol!!!!!!! But, if your gonna be curious, dont do
it behind my back...is that better?
