I believe this is a standard problem when recruiting leadership.
I think 94.9% of all Scoutmasters have full-time, stressful jobs;
5% may be retired and the rest is either rich or on wellfare.
Parents do have this "missconception" that they have a full-time,
stressful job. What I try to do when recruiting leaders is to make
sure the people know that everybody else is in the same situation
and all of them (us) have this problem.

Very good. Try to share out the load among multiple people
will not only make it easier to find people but might also get
the jobs done better.
