Kim, I'm sure your Staff would appreciate your kind words. I've served
on the Staff of three Cub Trainer Wood Badge courses in the Northeast
Region (so far), including one course as the Eagle Den Counselor. All I
can say is that the Staff has at least as much fun as the participants!
You and your Den Counselor will be spending a lot of "quality time"
together over the next two years. I'll say something he/she hopefully
already told you: don't procrastinate! Get the study questions in early
or they'll plague you at the end!
Finally, please keep in mind that the future is now entrusted to you.
Tell everyone you meet what a great experience Cub Trainer Wood Badge
is, and encourage all of your training colleagues to seek out a Wood
Badge course. It will keep the Wood Badge spirit alive, and it will
also improve the quality of training in your District and Council.
