I would suggest it takes 2 more...
1 to e-mail the help desk/tech support requesting the lightbulb
be changed and
1 at the help desk to reply that the poster is not allowed to
change lightbulbs, and since the lightbulb is not from the
approved vendor, the help desk won't be changing it either.
