Functions in Europe has beer tents. The last 2 Intercamps I attended had
Scouter's Club that opened up around 2000 or so. Beer only. (At least as
far as I saw :)... But then again the Europen attitude about alcohol has
always been almost 180 degrees from the US of A.
And yes the BSA participated in both Intercamps. 1994 was a bigger party
than 1992 by nature that we were saying good by to Scouts Canada as the
Canadian was doing its massive pull out from Europe.
