With any of those "quick dinners" on the grosser's shelf and some meat
and some water in the foil, it can be very simple. Also those frozen
"meal in a minute" packages with some meat is good, too, but they take a
Stuffed Peppers are good and easy, or just about any combination of meat,
vegetable, and potatoes is easy.
Suggestion though, use charcoal not wood fire. It's so much more
predictable as far as startup time and cooking time.
