If yu wnat a district web page take it before the district committee, they
are resposible for both the fucion and program in the district. We formed a
internet committee and now our district one has been up and running now for
7 mos. The DE is there to help provide service and being the official
spokesperson for the Council and the BSA. He does not have the finalsay so
in all district matters, the volunteer should run things.
Go for it!
Check out our district home page http://www.bsa.net/nc/mawat. It provides
news, training info, district and council info. It provides links for
international scouting links, native maerican links and chpate and lodge OA
Out council produces a "history" newsletter every 2-3 mos (cost saving) and
by the time you read about an event it's over.
