Just coming back from Philmont and having sent a few myself, as well as the
rest of my crew, I think I can help you here :) Each commisary is also
considered a post office at Philmont, they all have pretty regular
pick-ups...especially the more popular camps (ie Baldy Camp). Also, you can
leave them at some staffed camps to be taken into base camp when their
Commisary truck comes around to give/take things to/from that camp. It all
depends on the camp, and how often the truck comes around.
