I believe the discussion was centering around new Scout patrols (since the
discussion was on signing Tenderfoot through First Class requirements) so
the Patrol Advisor they are talking about would probably be the Assistant
Scoutmaster - New Scout Patrol, and many troops assign one to each new boy
patrol. That would be my guess.
