James isn't going anywhere ;-> There are enough troops here in town that
have put in prior requests.
He is a great motivator in getting others to "work".-- We just had 5 more
boys make 1st class at the campout this past weekend. (5 months and 1 week
after crossover). They were all anxious to learn lashing for pioneering
projects on the campout this weekend so they could complete the requirement
for rank since "shorty" had done his at the second summer camp and got his
rank 3 weeks earlier.
