Both are quite common (especially the OA sash on the belt), but also quite
wrong. If you must wear both sashes, wear the OA sash over the merit badge
sash. However, remember that the OA sash is only supposed to be worn at OA
functions, or when representing OA. It should not normally be worn at
courts of honor, etc. There are relatively few occasions when both would be
