As a holder of the Queen's Guide award, I will jump in here...

Grant is right, in that the Queen's Guide is about equivlant to the Gold
the offical policy of scouts Australia is that we are allowed to wear this
where the Queen scout Badge goes.
Only problem is that the Queen's Guide badge is metal and the Queen Scout
is cloth (the Queen's Guide badge was cloth, but changed it, when the
Guides went throguh several changes int he early 80s.) Which sort of makes
it hard, so we wear it as a rule on the shrit front pocket, on the same
side that the Queen Scout goes. Untill we are allowed (or the guides
proudce a cloth one again or what ever...) to wear a cloth badge, where we
are meant to wear it (on the sleeve) the memtal badge will simply have to
sit on the pocket flap. It is something that need to be addressed .....
Actually, for the Australians on the list, the New Cheif Commiosner for
South Australia (effective as of the 1 August) his wife will take over a
few days latter as the National Cheif for Guides. Just some general
information for the Aussies around here.
