The requirements to believe are those in the MOST RECENT edition of the Boy
Scout Requirements Book which, in this case is NOT the 95-97 edition (even
though it says it is good until August 97), but is the 1996-97 edition,
which is also good until 8/97.
However, there are very few differences in the two books. The Crime
Prevention requirements were added, one word was added in parentheses to
Sports, and Public Health was rewritten. There were NO changes to the
Citizenships in the 1996-97 edition.
Of course, Climbing and Archaeology have been added since even this edition
was published, and the new Personal Management mb book is out with the new
requirements that will be taking effect on 9/1/97.
