Jon Eidson (our listowner) change listserve software a short while back, and
the new software allows for the person, not the list as a whole, to be
"replied to" when you hit the "reply" button or keystroke combination.
It's a valid attempt to curb "automatic responding" to the list when a note
to the person is really what the reader wanted to do.
It makes you think *just a bit* whether or not a response need to go to
EVERYONE (in which you have to type in "Scouts-L" in the "To:" line)
or should be just sent to the SENDER (in which the person's name and email
address will pop up in that "To:" line by default).
It also helps keep down the number of postings to the list to our 50 or so
