The output of a water filter is, on average less than 1 liter per
minute. that's a lot of pumping for 21 people. Additionally, filter
elements need to be replaced in the range of 80 - 200 gallons of use
depending on the manufacturer.
Realistically, you would probably need 1 per patrol.
