I was referring to the Cubs (Tigers, Wolves, Bears). You are right that
Webelos are not as restrictive. Usually when we plan a Pack campout,
we try to make it so everyone can go (except webelos woods).

Maybe thing have changed since I was a Cubmaster three
years ago but our Webelos went camping all over the place. We were
strongly encouraged to do so by by the distict and our Webelos went on
8 camping trips over two years.
