Hm. Of course you'll need to vary it depending on what age group you're
targetting this towards. I'm guessing Cubs or Scouts.
It is good to include some music. You probably want to avoid anything
like, say, `Onward Christian Soldiers'...
Also, you can put in a few (SHORT!!) poems and a few (SHORT!!) texts. In
fact, you can ask your youth to read out some of those-- better than
listening to an ADC talk for 15 minutes.
All this should probably be linked to a theme, say the theme of the camp,
for instance. This also makes it easier to plan things.
