Our district has a gentalman with CF, he is an ASM with one of our most
active(venture) troops. Steve is able to work with the new boy patrols
as they progress toward 1st Class. He is at all of our OA functions and
helps with camp promotins. His body may not always work to his best
advantage, but his mind and love of scouting has been an insperation to
the dozens of young men he works with each week.
It is hard to find someone to show our boys that an infimety of the
body is not a reason to keep you from scouting and that disabilities ore
often more in the mind than one would think.
So I say welcome this leader to your troop. Let him decide where his
best effort can be made, with your commities approval, of course.I have
only seen good thing come from the desire to serve others in scouting.
