I'm Back on the list

After a two month absence, I'm finally back on the list. About two
months ago, I was somehow unsubscribed from the list. I'd like to thank
Mike Walton and Jon Eidson for their help in getting me re-subscribed.
Seems the problem was with my server.
I'm Scoutmaster of Troop 25 in Huntingdon, PA, a small town in central
PA. I'm also Scoutmaster of Jamboree Troop 231 from Juniata Valley
Council this summer and am booked for a Philmont trek in 98. In my spare
"free" time, I'm District Roundtable Commissioner and a couple of other
things that I can't think of right now. My son earned Eagle in February
and will have his Court of Honor on June 8. Recently, I was awarded the
District Award of Merit and Scoutmasters Award of Merit. To earn money
to support my Scouting habit, I'm a teacher which also gives me my
summer's off to hang out at Seven Mountains Scout Camp. It's really a
great camp and has a website at
http://ourworld.compuserve.com/homepages/TMcClain/. NE 5 OA conclave
will be held there the weekend of June 13-15.
While I mostly lurked on the list, I have found the information provided
to be extremely helpful, especially when planning for our District
Roundtable. When I took over the Roundtable last summer, it was almost
dead. I promised the Scouters present that I would have something at
every meeting that they had never seen before. With the help of the list
and resouces on net, I was able to accomplish this. Believe it or not,
this did keep some of them coming back as they never knew what I would
come up with.
