I don't have a cell phone, have never used one. An acquaintance in NYC
has one, and was cloned. Her cell-provider was able to pinpoint within a
block where each call was placed, and using that list she and her
attorney were able to identify her legitimate calls.
Presumably this capability will be available to emergency personnel upon
