Patrol Camp Kitchens

The troop my son has joined has been growing in leaps and bounds lately
and has found they are in need of more camping "facilities" for each of
the patrols. I'm not familiar with the exact lingo, so bear with me here.
They currently have enough materials/equipment/space for 2 patrol
"kitchens", but really need another 3 or 4. They have started by making
plywood picnic tables (the kind that's made without nails) in each patrol.
According to the ASMs I spoke with, they would like to build _lightweight_
and _portable_ tables of sorts to provide an area for food prep, cooking
and dish cleaning for each patrol. They have seen a variety at camporees
but not that provide space for all these options, so they asked me to find
out other options. The troop has a fairly large trailer to accomodate
these new items.
I expect I haven't been explicit enough, but would certainly appreciate
any and all advice you can provide. Thanks!
