After we talked here a while back about the "silly patches" (like
"Untrainable" and "Overtrained" and my favorite Interpreter strip, "Southern
Drawl"), I got a package of stuff in my mailbox (and I'm sure it's from John
Pannell, when he was in North Carolina) I mentioned it in a recent posting:
>Before I get deluged with requests. I believe Mike is wrong on me. I
>don't recall sending him any catalogue for calling cards. Sorry.
>Perhaps, I'm wrong. If I am, I no longer have such a catalogue.
He doesn't, but here's the address.....there's a lot of good stuff in here, and
yeah, the business card offer was in the dead center of the booklet:
The Derita Reporter, 2600 Allen Road South, Charlotte, NC 28269
(they offer commerical printing, videos and books-by-mail, business cards,
printed shirts, jackets and caps, advertising specialities all with that
"Scouting/youth program" slant to them. They also have generic clipart.
Sorry if I placed John on the spot, but then if he doesn't have access (or
never did), I wouldn't want him to respond to "seventeen upvillion"
"requests for that stuff that Mike Walton talked about". I'm sure that he
sent it...but hey, the point is that the above is an additional resource for
some good stuff...and for those cards if you care to order them from these
In any case, John, I'm sorry that this may have placed you in a
spot....didn't mean it....
