One of the things brought home to me on a very personal level recently is
that everyone's definitions are all over spectrum.
Something that I personally consider minimal "good behaviour" evidently
seems to others as exceptional courtesy. Something I consider
unnecessary rudeness is seen by others as minimum courtesy.
These standards are bound to influence any judgement about Scout Spirit.
