Happy weekend Scouters!
The COPE Course survey reminds me of a question. Through November 1995, our
troop regularly did COPE each year. With all eligible for the low course,
and those 13 and up elegible for the high course. We skipped last Nove and
deceide to go in April. About 1 month before hand, we were told that ALL
had to be 13 and up to do ANY of the course. My questions:
When did this change?
Why did this change?
What are you supposed to do with all those 11 and 12 year olds
while the "older" boys
are on the course?
While I'm here taking up band with, let me publicly thank the gentleman for
the Eastern District of the Andrew Jackson Council (MS) who posted their
camporee book. ( I have temporarily misplaced his name and URL).It is
GREAT!! I used it to help me plan (and survive) the 1997 Nutmeg District
Spring Cmaporee. ... Now if only it had not rained 8-(
Thanks for your collective help.
