Yes, they violated the safe swim defense. In the case of the three it was
probably more of a technicality than anything else but, given time, I bet
they would have been swimming as well. I'd say that being sent home was
more than punishment enough--I don't think I would have been so harsh, at
least on the three.
Who gave them permission to play unsupervised? And why?
