This is a tough one. If you can get his mother to get him placed in a youth
counseling center, where they are restricted in their actions and possibly
at night, it may turn him around.
I had a youth in my troop that was getting out of control, not as bad as
very disruptive and boardering on distructive. He pulled a knife on his
almost started their house on fire. His parents had him sent to a local
and he was there for over a year and now is a lot better.
The trick is for the mother to harden her heart and truely beleive that
Love approach works. She will need the help and support of her freinds and
because she has to be tough and firm even as she feels as if her heart
will break. In
the end it is the only way.
If you can't get her to go for this then you must report what you know to
and let them handle it. Sometimes a big scare will turn them around.
