The knots you mentioned fall into two different categories. The arrow of
light knot and the religious award knot (youth) can be worn if you earned
the arrow of light as a Cub Scout or earned a religious award while a youth
(cub, scout, or explorer).
The Cub Scouter and Cubmaster knots are "training" awards. I assume that
you have seen the cards that list the requirements for each of these knots.
If you meet the requirements, you should complete the card (available from
your district training chair, or unit commissioner, or DE) and submit them
to the district training committee. The information on the card is then
verified (primarily for tenure - you must actually have been registered in
the position, not simply filling the role while registered as something
else). Also, things like supplemental training or roundtable attendance
might be verified.
One thing to keep in mind is that you usually can't earn more than one knot
at a time. If you were cubmaster for two years, for example, you can't use
the same time period to also earn the cub scouter knot.
Get those cards together and submit them ASAP - the longer you wait, the
harder it is for the information to be verified.
