I think it is too early for a positive answer. All the facts may not be
in and some facts may be misstated or misleading in the press
(probability is always high of screw up when discussing the press).
For those that may have missed it. Texas has a required license to
carry a concealed hand gun that has been well advertised in the local
papers/etc. So, if you are an unlicensed carrier in Texas you are
either (1) knowingly violating the law or (2) dumber than a rock. =20
Maybe I=92m missing some thing, hope so. But how on earth can you have a
loaded (LOADED) hand gun in your luggage at an airport and not know it?=20
Even thought all the facts aren=92t in, the way I see it, only if you fit
under the category of (2) above would you not know you have a loaded gun
in your bag..
