the acting training chair. That's okay. My problem is with the lack
I asked for help on Den Chief training. Many of you sent advice, books,
handouts...it was great! I made up the book to handout..had the staff
in place....*ONE* boy signed up. I canceled the course and took care of
getting the boy trained.

*ONE* person is signed up. She signed up at Roundtable. My registrar will
be going for basic. That's it. I know we've had poor attendance in the
past, but nothing like this! I won't cancel OWL/Basic, but as much as I
hope people will come, I don't want to be jumping thru hoops to get the
correct amount of food for their dinner and breakfast. (The attendees have
to cook for the staff).
Any suggestions on what I could have done differently? I know that it was

and then show up. I was hoping to avoid this. Price reductions for signing
up early has not helped. People that have been to training have passed on
Time to go back and just be the Cub Roundtable Commish and Cubmaster. I feel
like getting off the training staff altogether.
