We have also had a great deal of trouble with the spring course. Only one
of the last three has been given, and then only three people showed up.
Fall training is also way down in attendance. We push the course via
Roundtable, Split sections at basic training and through the Dist.
Calendar. The staff is about ready to pack it in. Any success stories?

Also, why does National make program changes without first changing
the training syllabus? Some packs get the information, others do not.
This leads to confusion and an often misapplied program. Sigh,
maybe someday they will catch up with the world and train people
before you make a major policy change.
