Scouting in TV ads

Anyone happen to catch the latest Alamo Rental Car commercial?
It features a boy in a 60's Scout-like uniform (pup-tent hat), but
discernable badges (uniform was slightly darker where badge would have been.
Retouched?) & a pale yellow neckerchief. Anyway, the ad ends with a
businessman considering tipping the "Scout" for helping him, and then
deciding not to. The "Scout" looks disappointed & the camera zooms to a
helicopter shot of the dejected kid standing on the sidewalk.
Made my blood pressure rise a notch (the tradition of refusing tips
good deeds) & I can picture the BSA lawyers going ballistic over this one.
