Tom - You said you had told your DC about the situation. Make sure the ADC
who succeeds you knows about it, too. Before your term expires, make every
arrangement you can to make sure it doesn't go away until they drop it.
Your DC should take care of the matter, but be sure to keep checking with him
until it's resolved. Be persistant! You are right on this matter and they
are doing a disservice to the boys by ignoring that fact. If need be, go
higher up until this unit is forced to conform to the rules.
