Don't sweat the small stuff. There is a fun and easy solution for
Personally I hated raffles because it took up skit time but the Scouts love
them and we had parents who used raffles as a way of giving donations.
Here is what we did
If you show up 15 minutes before meeting, you get a ticket.
If you wear a full uniform, you get a ticket.
If you want more tickets, you CAN buy them for 25 cents each.
If you can't do any of the above and you say please, you will get a ticket.
If you bring a parent you get a ticket.
You are limited to one prize. (We had one Scout win four once)
Make up anything but don't take the fun away.
Let the Scouts draw for the tickets. To some, this is more fun then
