Curious if you or someone else on the list could give me the reference for
this, or could this be a local requirement? I've heard the letters quoted
many times, but in the Life to Eagle packet, they are not mentioned. In
fact, if you read the steps that are outlined in the letter from Jere
Ratcliffe, indicates that in fact it is a little bit different (steps
I've done it both ways, and wonder if something has changed that I didn't
hear about while I was out with the webelos.
