WB wreckin your troop???

Is that his "ticket" or does it SEEM to be? A big question. If true
then he's set an unrealistic objective and should have been counseled to set
a more moderate goal.
If he is overly motivated (as so many of us are when the Wood Badge course
ends) he may simply need to calm down a bit. Perhaps the Troop Committee
evaluate his goals with him, discuss the leadership skills he is expecting
to put to work in this goal, and in general communicate about what this
leader is doing, how it is perceived by the rest of the troop leadership,
and how to help him reach his goal, whatever it may really be.
If the Scouter in question learned anything in WB he should have learned
to share leadership.
It sounds like you have a highly motivated, energetic, trained leader in your
troop. I would suggest putting that energy to work constructively rather than
trying to quench it.
8-) Or you could just smack him up side his head with a 2x4. You should
probably try the more consevative plan first, tho. 8-)
