I am about to stick my nose in where it does not belong and I could
you Help. What else is new? My neighbor had his passed his Eagle BOR
about two years ago. He already has his card and is a member of NESA and
all that stuff but he has never had a Court of Honor! There are at
present no prospects that he will EVER have one. His troop had about
Three active members when he earned his Eagle and folded forthwith.
I know that the first step would be to ask him if he WANTS me to
help but if he says yes...............
Please give me suggestions!
