Well my own opinion is that over 2 hours is a bit long...
but seriously folks....
we had one scout who had his Eagle COH 13 months after making eagle
and no one had any problem with this...
before you ask... the reason was that he had started tiger cubs with
another boys and the wanted to have their Eagle COH together.. and it took
the second Scout the addition time to get it all done.....
