It seems that I have a different point of view from many people; that is not
disturbing to me - it is merely an observation.
My thought is that there is no such thing as a flame - there are only
thin-skinned people. Because someone says something does not make it so; it
is so only if true and/or one believes it to be. I am often reminded of the
big, mean Texan who walked in a bar with guns out and said "all you ***s get
outta here". All left except one little guy who remained on his stool and
calmly said "lot of them, weren't there?".
The person who INTENDS to flame must do so in order to have a sense of
recognition - such feeling escaping him otherwise. Instead of resentment we
should feel sorrow for those who need that type vehicle to obtain any
personal satisfaction in life. Be pleased that you are accomplished far
beyond such tactics.
One position is a winners outlook and the other is a losers - where do you
want to go today?
