Thanks for pointing this out. Where I live, in Puerto Rico, both English
and Spanish are official languages, but not everybody speaks both so I
can't take for granted that if I only sew the Spanish strip people will
understand I know English. So I wear both. I've seen even people with
three, so I guess it is ok.

I am wondering: is there any provision for someone who speaks MORE than
one language? Can he or she wear more than on interpretor strip?
Unless I missed it, the Insignia Guide shows where it goes, and yes, it
only shows one, but I don't recall it saying that you can ONLY wear one.
