I've got a question about the requirements for the Scoutmaster's key.
Specifically, what is the difference between the requirement "Conduct troop
junior leader training (three times) and the next requirement, "participate
as an adult in junior leader training".
I've taken this to mean that troop JLT is used for the first requirement,
but you must serve on a district/council training staff for at least one
JLT program beyond the troop level JLT to meet the second.
Is this the correct interpretation?
