The Transatlantic Council will be sending a 20 Scout contingent to the
National Jamboree. Due to the costs of transportation, the contingent
will be picking up all of their camping equipment after they reach the
states. Participants from Transatlantic are required to pay for
everything they need for the Jamboree.
Again due the cost of transportation, they will be leaving their
equipment behind when they return to Europe. To defray some of the cost
associated with their visit, they will be selling this equipment well
below costs after using it only at the Jamboree.
The equipment for sell includes:
Timberline Base Camp 6 man tents
Eureka Outfitter 4 man tents
Coleman propane 2 burner stoves
Trail patrol mess kits and other associated cooking gear.
If you would like to help some young scouters defray costs and at the
same time get a great price on some slightly used camping equipment,
