I know I have brought this up before, but I am recieving a lot of pressure
from a unit to accomodate their schedule, so I am interested in a general
survey: how many district/councils have used the existing Scoutmaster
Fundamentals syllabus in 3 part training, as opposed to a single course
held in three sections, *successfully*?
How do you effectively teach the patrol method, when each of the trainings
has a new group of students?
Did you face resistance when this 3 part training was instituted?
What other drawbacks have you experienced in offering SMF in this fashion?
Has anyone tried to offer SMF in a Non-weekend format? Does anyone have an
idea how could this be accomplished?
