None of us is irreplaceable. I remember one saying that goes to the idea

I know that as good as I am on my regular job that if I were to die today
that they would have a want ad posted tomorrow.
The same is true for scouts. The troop existed before I came along and
will exist after I am dead and buried. So...if we lost a few adults because
they cannot follow the rules...we replace them.
