Go to a card shop that specilizes in baseball cards and get a few of the
sleeves that fit in a binder. the pockets of the sleeve will hold his rank
cards and as he starts to earn merit badges he can keep his part of the blue
card for each. Keeping the blue card is very important as it may be the only
record that proves he earned that merit badge (accidents do happen to troop
