conferred to date. A recipient must be a registered member of the
BSA." (No. 2-513, Distringuished Service Awards FACT SHEET).
That's all I have. The Silver Fawn was presented to lady scouters
from about 1972-1974 (dates approximate). They had the option of
trading in this award for the Beaver. Since then all Scouters are
presented the Silver Beaver at the council level, and the Silver
Antelope by the region. For national service, the Silver Buffalo is
presented to men and women (who do not have to be registered
