Since the uniform requirment changed this year, it may not be true. In
past years, yes, the only correct uniform for a Cub Scout Trainer was the
Blue and Gold. I haven't heard if Cub ScoutTrainer Woodbadge also changed
their uniform requirements.
>She also related to me that the Tigers, if recruited in May, can go to Cub

Yes, they graduate in June to the next rank.
> She also stated they would earn Belt Loops.
At day camp, yes, because they are Wolf cubs. Before June, no.
I quote from the Tiger CubGuidebook: page 7. " Recognition. Tiger Cub
recognition consists of a wall chart, stickers, iron-on Tiger Tracks, and
activity beads that can be used to keep track of family and den
activites....Tiger Cubs do not work on cub Scouts advancement requirements
until after they become Cub Scouts, although they may study the Bobcat
requirements in preparation for graduation into Cub Scouting."
>She believes this is a Council decision and it can be done.
>Is this a National policy? And can the Council (or District) override
I quote "Advancements Policies and Procedures Committee Guide" , which
states on page 13 "No council, district, unit or individual has the
authority to ad to or subtract from any advancement requreiment."
I think these are very clear.
